Amrodel Marossat, a hermaphrodite, belonging to a cross-dimensional pseudo-17/18th century culture (where everyone is a fully-functioning hermaphrodite, so s/he is hardly a weird specimen.) S/he is actually quite smart if s/he puts hir mind to it, but s/he is also a total fopling, ever-desperate to be popular and cling to hir position as leader of high society.
